Balvvardhak Foods  believes in making  life as easy as possible for our hardworking mommies and therefore has a liberal Shipping policy.

Q1. Has my order shipped?
Please check my account section and view in your order history.

Q2. I forgot my password.
Please click here and your password will be emailed to you.

Q3. I received the wrong product.
Please email us and we will try and resolve the matter and have the correct product shipped. Return shipping will be paid by Balvvardhak foods. OR we can refund the extra money and  can adjust the wrong products value in your next order.

Q4. My shipment is lost.
Please contact us on 7350639990 and if product is not received we will refund or replace the product as per customer request.

Q5. An item is missing from my shipment.
Please email contact us and the parts missing will be shipped to you on a urgent basis OR can be adjusted in your next order.

Q6. When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped in 2 to 3 business days, Unless otherwise stated. After shipment an email will be sent.

Q7. How much time will my shipment take to reach me?
Orders will be delivered depending on delivery locations. For pune city, delivery time is 2-3 working days. For deliveries in rest of  Maharashtra, it will take 4-5 working days. And for afar regions outside Maharashtra in india , delivery time can be as long as 6-8 days.

Q8. What are my payment choices?
We accept UPI payments (google pay or phone pay)

Please email us and we will reply back in 24 hours.

Q10. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
To get a copy of your receipt/invoice go to my order history, click on the appropriate order number and click details or email us.
